My fiance and I love coming here, it's affordable for what you get and has a laid back/casual yet aesthetic atmosphere for korean BBQ and hot pot. We always enjoy the food and we typically have good servers. However yesterday I took my fiance here for his birthday, I didn't tell staff it was his birthday- keep this in mind. Our waitress Achi was the sweetest, energetic and attentive server we have ever had in Austin Texas. She was so kind, informative, fast, and even hyped us up on our orders which we loved. Every time we needed a refill she was right there, everytime our food was taking a while to come out (which was not her fault the place was busy and the kitchen was hectic) she went out of her way to update us and apologize. And at the very end of the night- when we paid our tab she gave us a hand drawn picture of me and my fiance to remember our night by. She went out of her way to treat us so well and had a smile on her face the entire time. We always like kpot, but Achi our amazing server made our night very special. Achi is the best server we have ever had. We eat here once every 2 weeks religiously, and this is the absolute best it has ever been. The food is always good, but Achi really put it over the top. The Pineapple Painkiller is amazing - and we only ordered it because of her. She also drew us little photos of ourselves! How cute! We will be back - and we will request Achi by name. Thank you, Achi! You give me faith in hospitality!

This is my third time coming here and I love this spot! You can eat KBBQ or hotpot OR BOTH! There is a self serve hot and cold bar with spring rolls, kimchi and more. Our waitress Kelli was wonderful, she helped pick great options for our group and made a delicous sauce for our table. They have great selection of cocktails, so just, and boba tea. I'll keep coming here and recommending this place to my friends.

K-Pot was a fantastic experience for our entire family! The food was absolutely delicious, and we definitely left full. There were so many options to choose from between the Korean BBQ and hot pot selections that everyone at the table found something they loved. What really stood out was the service. Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable, and made some excellent recommendations that ended up being some of our favorite items of the meal. It’s always nice when someone can help you navigate the menu and introduce you to something new. As a parent, I also appreciated how customizable the experience was. My kids can be pretty picky eaters, but having the ability to build their own plates and choose exactly what they wanted made a huge difference. Instead of struggling to find something they’d eat, they had plenty of options and genuinely enjoyed the meal. Great food, outstanding service, and a fun dining experience for both adults and kids. We’ll definitely be back!

It was our first time here and for some of our group, the first time trying out Korean BBQ/ Hot Pot. Luckily we had an amazing server. Her name is Ryann. she went above and beyond and explained everything from the process to the pricing to the types of meat and sides available. She was very friendly and checked in on us enough without being overbearing. The way Korean BBQ works is that there is a grill in the center of your table where you, the customer, cook your meats and whatever sauce you like to whatever style or liking. So obviously be safe if you have little ones with you as it is very hot, literally a stove/grill on your table. This is a great place to go to if you want to fill up on your protein we did just the barbecue. We did not do the hot pot recommendations for meat choices would be beef, Bulgogi, chicken bulgogi, hanger, steak and shrimp beef brisket salmon in our party, tried the spicy salmon and the octopus and they enjoyed it. There’s also a buffet where they have fried chicken wings, crawfish, french fries and sauces for you to cook your meats in. They have all types of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The restaurant is very large. There's enough se
